7. Order Item on broshobby.com
1. Merchandises sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
2. All deposit is non refundable.
3. Payment of Pre-ordered goods must be settled within 60 days from the date of notification, otherwise deposit and
goods will be forfeited at our discretion.
4. All merchandises sold are brand new with manufacturer seal. Minor flaws scratches or dents are expected to occur during the manufacturing process to a minor degree.
5. Any missing parts or broken part caused by manufacturing process is found, please report the case to us within 14 days of purchase/ delivery. It would be sent to manufacturers for repair and oversea buyer is responsible for the return shipment fee.
6. If there is any dispute, Brothers Hobby reserves the rights for final decision.

7. ご注文について：
1. ご注文した商品は返品・交換をお受けできません。
2.申込金をお支払いいただいた予約商品は、キャンセルできません。一旦お支払いいただいた予約申込金は、上記の場合を除き、いかなる理由によっても、返金はいたしません。
3.入荷連絡後、60日間内に残り代金を払わなければ、返金ぜずにご注文はキャンセルとなります。
4. 販売商品は新品未開封の状態ですが、何らかのマイナーな不具合・瑕疵が存在する場合がございます。
5. 初期不良対応は商品到着後14日以内にご連絡ください。当社でメーカー修理の代理受付をさせて頂く場合、当社へ送って頂く際の送料と、 当社からお客様へ商品ご返送させて頂く際、送料をお客様ご負担にて対応させて頂きます。
6.Brothers Hobby が最終決定権を有し、その決定に従うものとします。
